    by Deridre Banks, operating under the Crown to Rise & Rule brand. We serve women 40 and over
    through books, Bible study guides, downloadable resources, wellness coaching, and apparel. Our
    principal place of business is located at P.O. Box 6653, Sherwood, AR 72124.

    notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize us to
    charge your payment method for the total amount of your order including any applicable taxes.
    We do not store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in
    accordance with their Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy.
  2. Digital Products
    Upon purchase of a digital product you will receive access to download your product. All digital
    products are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell digital
    products purchased from us. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product
    has been downloaded or accessed.
  3. Physical Products and Apparel
    Physical books and apparel are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand
    partner. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the product ordered. We are not
    responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Please refer to our Return & Refund
    Policy for information on damaged or defective items.
  4. Free Resources
    By downloading a free resource from our website you agree to provide your name and email address
    and to receive marketing emails from Crown to Rise & Rule. You may unsubscribe at any time by
    clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. We will not sell or share your personal
    information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  5. Coaching Services
    All coaching programs and services require payment in advance. All sales of coaching services are
    final. If you have concerns about a coaching program or service you have purchased please contact us
    before your first session and we will do our best to address your needs. We reserve the right to
    terminate coaching services if a client engages in abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.
