I’m a Certified John Maxwell Team Speaker/Trainer, Certified Master ISSA Fitness Coach, Certified Stress Management Coach, and Teacher/Lover of The Word of God. I was born in Mississippi and grew up in Arkansas and later Sacramento, California. I am the founder of Write Your Own Message Academy® and F.F.P. 360 Total Woman Virtual Wellness Studio™.
Now The Fun Part…
I’m a mom and a new G-Ma to my first grand baby. She is so amazing and keeps me on my toes, LOL. I enjoy writing, traveling, and studying the Word of God. I guess you can say I am a Bible Nerd. I am currently studying at Christian Leaders Institute to become a Licensed Coaching Minister.
My Story
12/5/2023 I had a Radical Hysterectomy that has been a journey to finding my new normal with all the hormone changes. This surgery through me into Surgical Menopause and you know what that mean…hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and the list goes on and on. I took the time to learn how to manage my hormones, stress, and all the menopause symptoms by working out, drinking lots of water, building muscles and enjoying life. It’s important to me to live a balanced healed life in my mind, body, soul and spirit. The one thing I have learned above all else is that Prayer, Faith, Speaking and applying The Word of God in my life is the key that has unlock the joy and peace I now have. I desire to see more women find balance and healing in every area of their lives. I truly believe we all can have the Ephesians 3:20 life: “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us”.
