Crown to Rise & Rule brand at deridrebanks.com. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand
behind every product we offer. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products
All digital products sold through deridrebanks.com — including Bible study guides, e-books,
downloadable guides, and digital courses — are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is
because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once received.

However, we understand that issues can arise. If you experience a technical problem accessing or
downloading your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to
resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products
Physical books and printed materials purchased directly through deridrebanks.com may be returned
within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
* The item must be in its original, unused condition.
* The item must be in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Amazon Purchases
Books and physical products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own return and
refund policy. Please contact Amazon directly for returns on those orders.

Clothing – T-Shirts & Sweatshirts
All clothing items are print-on-demand products fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Because each item is
custom printed specifically for your order we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color
variations, or change of mind.

We only accept return requests for clothing under the following circumstances:
* The item arrived damaged.
* The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a
clear photo of the issue. Upon verification we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

We strongly encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order as we cannot
accept returns for incorrect sizing.

Coaching & Services
Due to the time and resources committed to coaching programs and live services all sales are final. If
you have concerns about a coaching program or service purchased please reach out to us before your
first session and we will do our best to address your needs.

How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

To submit a return or refund request please contact us by email with the following information:
* Your full name
* Your order number or proof of purchase
* A clear description of the issue
* A photo of the damage or defect if applicable
